Dear Parents,

From 6 Sept 2010 we are finally going to start with definitive group and schedule.
Please check where your son/daughter is located and the time slot when there is
his/her group’s practice.
 
I recommend to buy a pair of fins (you can see the model first time you come at the pool)
and hand paddles to bring every time, excluding
Friday and competition’s days of course.

Schedule 2010-11

Dear Parents,

For those parents who stayed and whose children keep swimming in the Seals Team: our first meet in the 2010-2011 season will be a home meet next Saturday (4 Sep) against the NATO Marlins and a handful of swimmers from ESB. The meet will be run with a regular meet shell, but no 400M events and relays are offered. Please indicate if your child(ren) intend(s) to participate in this event. Swimmers can swim a maximum of 3 events. You are free to indicate if you have any preferences for events, but the final decisions will be made by the coaches.

The second meet will be the day after (5 Sep) in Brussels in the NATO pool organised by the NATO Marlins. This one is a penthatlon meet (for swimmers 12 and under: 50 FR, FL, BR, BK, and 100 IM; for swimmers 13 and above 100FR, FL, BR, BK, and 200 IM). Swimmers can choose to swim all five events or less if they so wish.

Dear Parents,

Our president has created a Google calendar for the important events in the new season. Here are the most important dates:

For the returning swimmers the practice will start 18th of August.

For new swimmers the try outs will be held on 30th & 31th of August (at 19:00).

We also want to ask at least one parent from each family to participate at the offficals clinic on 24th of August (at 18:30-21:00).
